D&I advised the Swedish insurance company Folksam in the Finnish law aspects of its acquisition of 51 % of the shares in Aktia Skadeförsäkring Ab, a Finnish insurance company, from Aktia Abp. The total consideration amounts to approximately EUR 24 000 000.
