Counsel, Head of Intellectual Property

Henrik af Ursin heads the firm's Intellectual Property practice. He has extensive experience in advising foreign and domestic clients with the identification, acquisition and enforcement of intellectual property and with IP intensive transactional work.

Henrik has an excellent track record in working with all aspects of intellectual property, including IP enforcement, brand protection, unfair competition, anti-counterfeiting, licensing, domain name disputes, trade secrets, employee inventions, patents, designs, copyrights, as well as cross-border IP strategies.

Prior to joining Dittmar & Indrenius, he worked at a leading IP law firm, a patent and trademarks firm and a specialist IP firm.

Henrik is also a European Trademark Attorney and a domain name dispute panelist for the National Arbitration Forum and the Arbitration Center for .eu disputes.

Henrik is a member of the Finnish Bar Association, the International Bar Association, INTA, FACG, PTMG, STY, LES and MARQUES.
