Mr. Jan Ollila advises international and domestic public and private corporate clients, private equity houses and financial institutions in a wide range of matters with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, financing arrangements and related dispute resolution.

Mr. Ollila joined Dittmar & Indrenius in 1992. Before joining Dittmar & Indrenius Mr. Ollila had gained experience from a leading Scandinavian and a leading UK law firm.

Mr. Ollila is a member of the Finnish Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the International Fiscal Association.
