Mr. Mutanen heads the firm's Finance & Capital Markets practice area. His work focuses on mergers and acquisitions, finance and capital market transactions and competition law. Mr. Mutanen advises both public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, often including a cross-border element, various capital market and finance transactions as well as related administrative and legal proceedings.

Since joining Dittmar & Indrenius in 1996, Mr. Mutanen has also worked with Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton (1999-2000, 2002-2003).

Mr. Mutanen is a member of the Finnish Bar Association.
