Mr. Kari Lautjärvi´s fields of expertise cover all legal aspects of corporate advisory, finance and capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.

During his nearly 30 years practice Mr. Lautjärvi has advised clients on domestic and cross-border M&A and finance transactions as well as other legal matters of broad range. He also acts as an arbitrator both in domestic and international arbitral proceedings. Mr. Lautjärvi holds board memberships in numerous Finnish and international companies.

Mr. Lautjärvi joined Dittmar & Indrenius in 2011. He was the President of Finnish Bar Association (2004-2007) and acted as the Head of Finnish Delegation in CCBE and as a Councillor in the International Bar Association (2004-2007).

Mr. Lautjärvi is a member of i.a. the Finnish Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the Finnish Arbitration Association.

Mr. Kari Lautjärvi heads the firm's Corporate Advisory practice group.
