Prior to joining Dittmar & Indrenius in 1992, Mr. Uoti worked with the Federation of Finnish Metal Industries (1988-1992).

Mr. Uoti is a member of the Finnish Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the Finnish Industrial Lawyers Association and the Finnish member of the Board of the European Employment Lawyers Association.
