Ms. Ojanen heads the firm's Corporate & Commercial practice area. Her work focuses on general corporate advise to international and domestic corporate clients in matters ranging from corporate and contract law to real estate and employment. She is also engaged in real estate transactions and related financing.

Ms. Ojanen joined Dittmar & Indrenius in 1988.

Ms. Ojanen is a member of the Finnish Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
