Mr. Halonen heads the firm's Technology & IPR practice group. In addition he is engaged in mergers and acquisitions having particular focus on both technology related transactions and technology aspects in mergers and acquisitions. He advises international and domestic corporate clients in a wide variety of technology related agreements and outsourcing arrangements representing both technology suppliers as well as customers.

Prior to joining Dittmar & Indrenius in 2003, Mr. Halonen worked with Fennica Attorneys-at-law, currently Bird & Bird (2000-2002).

Mr. Halonen is a member of the Finnish Bar Association, the Finnish IT Law Association and the International Technology Law Association.
