Prior to joining Dittmar & Indrenius in 2004, Mr. Havia worked with Association of Support Service Industries (1999-2004) and attorneys-at-law (1992-1999).

Mr. Havia is a member of the Finnish Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the European Employment Lawyers Association and the Industrial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Havia heads the firm's Employment & Pensions practice group.
