We are looking for an Assistant Trainee for the upcoming summer and fall 2025!
Dittmar & Indrenius, affectionately known as Dittis, is a law firm where the client and the team come first. We focus on challenging business law and provide our customers with insightful advice and superior added value. We are now looking for an Assistant Trainee for a fixed-term approximately eight-month long traineeship.
People and culture are at the heart of our business at Dittmar & Indrenius. Our goal is to be the best place for both professional and personal development. We set high standards for our work but never lose sight of the human aspect. Passion, ambition, development, respect, and the mentality of team before individual are the cornerstones of our culture that guide our actions. At the same time, every one of us at Dittis contributes to this culture. Can you see yourself be a part of this community?
As an Assistant Trainee you get to work on a variety of tasks and projects across different teams. During your traineeship, you will support our assistant team, but as your traineeship progresses and your skills develop, you will also get to work independently on different kind of tasks. Two workdays are rarely identical but may include tasks such as preparing documents, managing calendars and emails, arranging events and scheduling meetings, communicating with clients and authorities, and looking for information and background material. As an Assistant Trainee you will be working full time.
What do we expect from you?
- Relevant studies, e.g., studies in business administration
- Passion for learning new things
- A proactive, meticulous, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Good prioritization and organizational skills
- Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English (Swedish language skills are considered an advantage)
We believe that a positive and curious attitude combined with passion can take you far. All kinds of personalities are welcome, and all of us believe that even in a challenging atmosphere with high-level goals, we can still maintain a human approach and attitude. You will be supported by a highly experienced assistant team, and you will receive comprehensive training for your role.
We hope you can start in the position in April-May 2025 and commit to the position for approximately eight months. We offer you a fixed monthly salary, comprehensive employee benefits, and a nice office in the centre of Helsinki. In addition to work, you can join the Dittis band, participate in a book club, or play racquet sports with your colleagues if you wish.
