Dittmar & Indrenius, also known as Dittis, is a law firm, but most of all it is a community. Are you the Associate Trainee that we are looking for?

Our team would not be complete without our Associate Trainees! Associate Trainees, who work full-time for four months, are usually in the final stretch of their studies – they have completed at least half of their studies. They practice what it’s like to work as a lawyer at Dittis; their tasks and ways of working are very similar to those of a young lawyer – of course, with the support of their more experienced colleagues. Our Associate Trainees form a cohesive group that supports one another. Clear communication and seamless teamwork are crucial both among the trainees and with other colleagues. At Dittis, we hire trainees to work with the whole company, not just with a certain practice group, which makes it truly is a superb chance to try out different legal fields! However, as an Associate Trainee you get to influence which fields of law you’ll work with. In other words, you can, based on your own interests, either gain experience from different parts of the firm or deepen your expertise in a specific practice. You will also work with both younger and more experienced lawyers and partners since we do not follow a formal “chain of command.” After your traineeship, you have most certainly gathered wide-ranged experience.

We are now looking for Associate Trainees to join our team during the autumn and winter 2025. It is possible to join us between August and January, and we are highly flexible with the starting dates. Please tell us in your application if you have a specific wish for the time of your traineeship or if you are flexible with the timing.
