In an active transaction market, D&I is once again ranked top-3 in deal value among Finland-based law firms in Q1/2021 according to Mergermarket.

	Investment by Tiger Global Management in Wolt We advised Tiger Global in their investment in the USD 530 million financing round in Wolt, the Helsinki-based technology company.
	Investment by Prosus Ventures in Wolt We advised Prosus in their investment in the USD 530 million financing round in Wolt, the Helsinki-based technology company.
	Acquisition by Kahoot! of Whiteboard.fi We advised Kahoot! in the acquisition of Digital Teaching Tools Finland Ltd, the company behind the Whiteboard.fi online whiteboard tool.
	Sale of Parmaco to Partners Group We advise Parmaco’s management on the sale of Parmaco Group Oy to Partners Group, a global private markets investment manager.
	Sale of Loiste Sähkönmyynti We advise Loiste Group and Energiapolar on their sale of Loiste Sähkönmyynti, a leading Finnish electricity retailer, to Suur-Savon Sähkö.
