D&I Transaction Powerhouse strengthened with new Energy & Infrastructure and Finance partner Eeva-Lotta Kivelä.

We are proud to announce that Eeva-Lotta Kivelä has been appointed partner at Dittmar & Indrenius, effective from 1 January 2025. She will further strengthen our Transaction Powerhouse with her expertise especially in the field of investments and transactions related to the green transition.

Eeva-Lotta is a highly accomplished transaction lawyer with a proven track record in navigating complex transactions, particularly in the field of energy & infrastructure and finance. Her expertise spans acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance as well as regulatory laws in the energy and financial sectors, making her a trusted advisor to clients in challenging and diverse landscapes. Additionally, her experience in corporate restructurings and M&A involving regulated entities – seamlessly integrating finance, contract, and corporate law – has delivered exceptional outcomes for our clients.
