Dittmar & Indrenius, more familiarly known as Dittis, is a law firm where the client and the team come first. We are now looking for an IT Specialist to join our team with focus on user support and other IT maintenance tasks.

The world in which the people of Dittis live is strongly supported by a high level of information security. We process confidential information from our customer companies on a daily basis and both information security and discretion are emphasised in our work. The trust we get requires that our information system environment is elastic, solid and constantly up-to-date in order to meet our customers’ expectations. The issues we are dealing with are demanding and characterised by a variety of emotions. This is why our IT equipment and tools must work in all circumstances and, on the other hand, help must be available in situations where technology presents challenges. The IT Specialist plays a very valuable and important role in the smoothness and meaningfulness of the work of the people at Dittis as well as in responding to customers’ expectations.

In this role, you will work as part of the IT team, while still having your own area of responsibility in workstation and software maintenance and user support. Your tasks include installing and updating workstations, operating systems and software, taking care of the information security of workstations as well as assisting users with various technical problems. In practice, you will support users with all devices that have a power button, as well as with those that do not, but which can be perceived as technical. Alongside hardware, our Windows-based devices include a wide range of software whose usability issues end up at your desk to be solved together with the rest of the team. In addition to workstations, our IT infrastructure includes server and network infrastructure that you can work with and develop according to your own interests and skill level, as well as AV equipment, telephone systems and other office systems that form an integral part of your job description.

In addition to your professional skills, you will need to be insightful, have a calm and patient attitude, social skills, sometimes even diplomacy, and a natural tendency to contribute to the smoothness of your colleagues’ everyday life with your own work and attention. In the IT team, our goals are high and we work with an ambitious grip, but still with a relaxed mind, so there is also a need for a sense of humour.
