Johan Åkermarck is known for his specialization in M&A and life sciences. He advises clients in structuring, negotiating and implementing various types of cross-border corporate transactions. He has been the Lead Partner in representing General Motors successfully in several cases before the District Courts of Helsinki and Espoo and the Helsinki Court of Appeal. He also continuously advises some of the largest international pharmaceutical companies with their regional legal matters.

Prior to joining Dittmar & Indrenius, he made a distinguished career as a Partner in another leading law firm in Finland.
