This is our special summer edition of D&I Quarterly. It brings together a selection of our experts’ articles published during Q1-Q2 at www. dittmar.fi/insight, our platform for insight into all the latest in law and business.
One of the most memorable moments putting this edition together was interviewing our D&I Alumna Raija-Leena Ojanen, the new legal counsel of WWF Finland - our long-term pro bono partner. As a committed WWF Green Office, we have decided that in the future we will compile our most read digital articles published throughout the year for a printed edition of D&I Quarterly, published only twice a year. So, less print and more screen time.
Technology has given the traditional world of law firms exponentially more ways to communicate with their clients. However, the solution for a truly differentiating client experience is not in new technologies as such. We believe that the crux is in a culture of constant improvement and active developing of our skill sets and the value of our services.
Seizing the value of new technologies in a digital workplace is the hot topic everywhere. The key is to focus on improving processes and not just
on legal tech. It’s all about making things easier - and better! To enhance D&I’s capabilities and further establish our commitment to innovation in delivering legal services, we are excited
to announce the launch of MyD&I leveraging HighQ’s intelligent Collaborate platform. The
first impressions and reactions from our clients have been extremely positive. We look forward
to collaborating with our clients in creating the best digital practices tailored for their specific needs. Our focus is in making sure that this digital transformation is an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
