We advised Rusta in its acquisition of Hong Kong group, a Finland-based retail store chain with 24 retail stores across Finland.
Rusta AB is a leading Swedish retail store chain with stores in Sweden, Norway and Germany. In May 2018, it completed the acquisition of the Finnish department store chain Hong Kong, following which they will together have a total of 150 department stores, 3 000 employees and an estimated turnover of approx. EUR 677 million in the coming fiscal year.
