We advise Veho, the leading Finnish car import and retail company, in the demerger of Assistor, a logistics provider forming part of the Veho group, whereby Assistor’s vehicle logistics business will be merged into Uuttera, a logistics company focused on car terminal services and forwarding. Veho will be the majority shareholder of the combined entity.
