We advised Swedish business and credit reference agency UC AB and its six Nordic shareholder banks on the combination of UC AB and its Finnish competitor Asiakastieto Group Plc.
The shareholders of UC AB will receive consideration in cash and shares, valuing UC AB at EUR 340 million on an equity value basis. In addition to transactional and regulatory matters, we also advised on the competition law aspects of the project.
UC AB is Sweden’s largest business and credit reference agency. It has a turnover of approximately EUR 68 million, and employs over 300 people in Sweden.
