We advised the European Investment Bank in connection with its EUR 175 million loan facility for the construction of a new EUR 400 million combined heat and power plant in Kilpilahti by a joint venture between Neste, Borealis and Veolia.
The total project investment was EUR 400 million and the plant was constructed by a joint venture between Neste, Borealis and Veolia. Other financiers include the Nordic Investment Bank, BTMU, ING, Nordea, SEB and Unicredit.
