We advised Sulzer, the Swiss group, in the sale of its foundry business in Finland to Karhulan Valimo.
We advised Sulzer AG in the restructuring of its Finnish foundry business and its subsequent sale to Karhulan Valimo Oy. As lead counsel we advised on the planning of the restructuring as well as on all complex contractual, corporate and employment matters in relation to the transaction.
