We advised BNP Paribas, Société Générale and other lenders in the Finnish aspects of the approximately USD 2.2 billion refinancing of the FQM Group.
In Finland the FQM Group operates the Pyhäsalmi zinc and copper mine which is one of the largest mines in the country.
This deal was one of the largest financing arrangements involving a Finnish mining company in recent years.
