We work in client-centered teams to provide our clients with the highest quality, most reliable and flexible service.

Our clientele consists of large and mid-size domestic and international corporations. We support our clients' HR management by providing advice and assistance within, among others, the following areas:

  • Day-to-day employment issues
  • Benefits and pensions
  • Corporate reorganizations
  • Employment disputes
  • Outsourcing
  • Corporate immigration

Our day-to-day employment advice covers, among others, employment and director contracts, terms of employment, collective labour agreements, non-discrimination and equal treatment, termination of employment and employee consultation requirements as well as Finnish and EU-employment legislative compliance and regulatory requirements.

Our work regarding company reorganizations covers advice on reorganization procedures and personnel reduction as well as the employer's information and consultation obligations. Issues regarding works councils and employee representation, rehiring obligation as well as severance packages also form an essential part of our work on this area.

In collaboration with our Dispute Resolution practice, we continuously advise and represent clients in various employment related disputes, including disputes before the Finnish Supreme Court and the European Court of Justice. Our clients can always rely on our skilled and dedicated legal support in disputes regarding e.g. individual and collective dismissals, industrial safety, discrimination (including civil, administrative and criminal proceedings), management liability as well as enforcement of confidentiality obligation and post-termination restrictive covenants.
