We advised Svenska Handelsbanken on all competition law aspects relating to the disposal of its private, SME, and life insurance operations in Finland to S-Bank, Oma Savings Bank and Fennia Life Insurance Company.

Our work consisted of advising Svenska Handelsbanken on all competition law aspects relating to this bundle of transactions that led to no less than three separate merger control notifications to the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority, all of which were cleared.
