Representing Certego in a complex procurement case before the Market Court

We successfully represented Certego Oy, a market-leading provider of locksmith and security solutions, in a complex case before the Market Court concerning the comprehensive renewal of an access control system. Following our appeal, the Market Court ordered the contracting authority to re-tender the procurement and to cover most of our client's legal costs.
