We advised Reledo in its acquisition of Siivouspalvelu Trinomi.

Siivouspalvelu Trinomi provides cleaning services to offices, commercial properties, industrial companies, housing companies and public sector customers in Lahti and the surrounding area, and it employs around 120 people. The acquisition will give Reledo an established presence in the Lahti region and strengthens its position in the Finnish market.

Reledo, backed by private equity firm Celero Capital, was established in the spring of 2023 through the acquisition of several specialist companies. Reledo is a comprehensive facility management services provider serving small and medium-sized enterprises across the Nordics. We have previously advised Reledo in its acquisitions of PrimaClean, Ekman Systems and Inno M&M Clean.
