Katja Hollmén leads brand strategy, business development, marketing, CRM, and client experience initiatives at Dittmar & Indrenius.
As a member of the firm’s Management Group, she is responsible for sustainability reporting and works closely with People & Culture and IT teams to ensure cultural and brand considerations are integrated with technology choices and service design.
With over 20 years of leadership experience in B2B environments across top-tier law firms, banking, and media sectors, Katja brings a unique perspective on business development and change management in professional services.
Katja Hollmén hosts the Finnish Bar Association’s podcast “Pääkäsittelyssä” (Main Hearing), which explores the work, life, and societal role of attorneys and other legal professionals. She is also the creative force and producer behind Dittmar & Indrenius‘ acclaimed Christmas videos featuring D&I’s house band, Band 1.
