Sina Bergmann advises international and domestic clients on matters relating to competition law, public procurement and state aid. She is also specialised in EU law and regularly works on EU law related regulatory and compliance assignments as well as in foreign direct investment (FDI) control. She also advises clients on sustainability related compliance functions.
Sina Bergmann has special expertise in competition law compliance, merger control, competition authority investigations as well as horizontal and vertical cooperation, including the competition law assessment of distribution agreements.
In addition to her LL.M. degree from the University of Helsinki, she holds an LL.B. degree in European law from Maastricht University. During her studies, she spent a semester studying law at Singapore Management University and a semester at the University of Sydney.
