The impact of EU law on dividend withholding taxation (WHT) remains an evolving area of tax law.
In this webinar, we will explore topical issues relating to WHT refunds from an EU law perspective, including:
- Interest rate for the WHT refunds on e.g., dividends.
- Dividend WHT in circumstances where no tax is payable in domestic situations as a result of tax-deductible items or where the receiving company is loss-making.
