Mikael Ahtokari is a people development professional who is passionate about driving the cultural journey at Dittmar & Indrenius and committed to building a successful law firm with and through its people.

His background is from the financial industry and prior to joining Dittmar & Indrenius he was a part of the management team in one of the largest banks in Finland. He has continuously renewed and developed his area of responsibility, working closely together with different stakeholders in an international business environment and locally in positions of trust within Finance Finland. His working experience also covers customer facing work and business development.

Currently Mikael Ahtokari is an expert member in a Competence foreseeing group set by the Finnish National Agency for Education, which goes well together with his keen interest in trends and future development.
