We acted for Infracapital’s Greenfield Fund in its acquisition from OX2 of two ready-to-build wind farms consisting of 14 wind turbines with total capacity of 60 MW in Ostrobothnia, Finland.
We negotiated among other things share transfer agreements concerning the acquisition of SPVs operating the wind farms as well as construction and asset transfer agreements between the SPVs and OX2 concerning construction of the wind farm and technical and commercial management agreement concerning management by OX2 of the wind farms.
