Advising MPY Osuuskunta on merger control and FDI regulatory matters

We advised MPY Cooperative on merger control and FDI control on two transactions: on the sale of its stock-listed subsidiary MPY Yrityspalvelut Oyj to Tietokeskus Finland Oy and on the sale of its other stock-listed subsidiary MPY Telecom Oyj to Infranode.

MPY Cooperative is a cooperative whose purpose is to provide services and benefits to its approx. 8,400 members.

MPY Yrityspalvelut Oyj provides ICT services to SMEs and public sector organisations in Finland.

MPY Telecom Oyj is a leading telecommunications operator and infrastructure owner in Eastern Finland, with an extensive asset portfolio including fiber and coaxial networks and more than one hundred telecom towers.
