D&I advised Loiste, a regional energy company headquartered in Kajaani and active in electricity distribution, district heating and electricity generation, in the refinancing of the bank facilities forming part of Loiste Group’s financing platform.
The new bank financing consists of term loan, capex and revolving credit facilities and allows Loiste to secure its financing position and continue its investment programme in its three business areas.
