Obtaining FDI clearance for ICG’s partnership with Granlund

We advised ICG Nordic Ab on entering into a strategic partnership with Granlund Oy, including obtaining the foreign direct investment (FDI) approval from the Finnish Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment.

ICG is the leading global alternative asset manager with a 35-year history, managing USD 98.4bn of assets and investing across the capital structure.

Granlund is a strongly growing Finnish construction and real estate sector expert group employing approx. 1,500 professionals in Finland and having offices also in Sweden and in the United Kingdom.
