We advised Lagercrantz Group on its acquisition of Mastsystem Int’l Oy, including obtaining the foreign direct investment (FDI) approval from the Finnish Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment.

Lagercrantz Group is a technology group with approximately 2,900 employees and a revenue of about SEK 8.1 billion (approx. EUR 730 million).

Mastsystem Int’l Oy provides tactical field and vehicle mast systems in different product lines including accessories, supplying both defence and civil customers since 1984.
