Securing a multimillion-euro public contract for Enerim following procurement challenge and renewed tendering

We successfully assisted Enerim Oy, a leading system provider in the energy sector, in winning a public contract worth EUR 12 million with Savon Voima Verkko Oy. We first represented Enerim in a public procurement review procedure, after which the contracting authority suspended the procurement. Subsequently, we advised Enerim in submitting the winning bid in the renewed competitive tendering process.
