Vaisala financing arrangement

We acted for Vaisala, a Helsinki-listed provider of weather and measurement solutions, in connection with its EUR 100 million term loan facility agreement with OP.

The three-year facility includes two one-year extension options and will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing of the company’s existing EUR 70 million term loan.
