Riikka Venäläinen is a Senior Associate at Dittmar & Indrenius. She has extensive experience in various types of financing transactions, with a particular focus on acquisition financing, project and real estate financing and general corporate lending. In addition, she has advised on distressed financing and high-yield bond issuances. Riikka regularly represents financial institutions, sponsors and companies in both domestic and cross-border financing matters.

She has also gained valuable experience through a secondment to a major Nordic bank.
