We represent Dasos Timberland Fund II, managed by CapMan Natural Capital, in its sale of forest assets located in Latvia and Lithuania to Inter IKEA Group.

The forest assets consist of a portfolio of approximately 24,000 hectares. The completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed during the first half of 2026.
