Advising GE on competition law matters relating to EDF’s acquisition of part of GE’s nuclear power activities

We advised General Electric as their Finnish counsel on the sale of part of GE Steam Power’s nuclear power activities to EDF, including on the merger control clearance process at the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
