Representing Certego in a procurement dispute before the Market Court

We successfully represented Certego Oy, a market-leading provider of locksmith and security solutions, in a procurement appeal against Helsinki City Housing Company (Heka), Finland's largest landlord, concerning a framework agreement for lock and door maintenance services. Following our appeal, Heka suspended the procurement procedure. The Market Court recognised that our appeal was well-founded and obliged Heka to cover most of our client's legal costs.
