Representing XMDS in procurement proceedings before the Market Court

We successfully represented XMDS Holding B.V .in proceedings before the Market Court concerning the procurement of payment services. Following our appeal, the contracting authority acknowledged that the appeal was well-founded and issued a decision to suspend the procurement procedure. The Market Court subsequently ordered the contracting authority to bear the majority of our client’s legal costs.
