Acquisition of Inno M&M Clean

We advised Reledo in its acquisition of Inno M&M Clean.

Inno M&M Clean is a company headquartered in Turku specialising in professional cleaning services for the food production sector, an industry that places high demands on hygiene, quality and compliance with food safety standards. The acquisition expands Reledo's service offering in Finland beyond office and coffee solutions and strengthens Reledo's position in the Finnish market.

Reledo, backed by private equity firm Celero Capital, was established in the spring of 2023 through the acquisition of several specialist companies. Reledo is a comprehensive facility management services provider serving small and medium-sized enterprises across the Nordics. We have previously advised Reledo in its acquisitions of PrimaClean and Ekman Systems.
