ICEYE’s funding round

We advise Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company on its participation in the Series F financing round of ICEYE at a valuation of over EUR 10 billion. The primary financing round raises EUR 450 million and is led by General Atlantic, with participation from a broad global investor group, including Solidium, Tesi, Varma, Ilmarinen, Lifeline Ventures and Nokia from Finland, Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) and TCV. Together with a secondary placement, the total Series F funding round exceeds EUR 1 billion.

ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space, and the proceeds will be used to expand ICEYE’s global footprint and deepen its intelligence capabilities, positioning the company to meet growing demand for sovereign satellite systems and data from governments and customers worldwide.
