Divestment of Nordic onshore wind portfolio

We advised KGAL Group, a leading German asset manager, on the Finnish aspects of the divestment of its onshore wind portfolio in Sweden and Finland to Enordic Evergreen. The portfolio represents 73.2 MW of operational capacity across three wind farms in the Nordics.

The divested portfolio comprises three operating wind farms, Silovuori (26 MW) in northern Finland and Anneberg (11 MW) and Sötterfällan (36 MW) in southern Sweden, which KGAL acquired in 2015 and late 2017 respectively while the projects were still under construction and held under a single-investor mandate. The transaction brings the full investment cycle for all three wind farms to a successful close.
