Sale by OMERS Infrastructure of its 40% interest in Caruna

We advised OMERS Infrastructure in the Finnish aspects of its sale of 40 percent indirect shareholding in Caruna to Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board and KKR.

Caruna is the largest electricity distribution operator in Finland maintaining, repairing and building a weatherproof electricity network for its approximately 690,000 customers.
