Combination of OpusCapita and Analyste

We advised OpusCapita and its owner Providence Strategic Growth on the combination of OpusCapita’s Cash Management business and Analyste International Oy, creating a leading pure-play cash management solutions service company in the Nordics.

CapMan Infra’s Acquisition of Renewable District Heating Business

We advise CapMan Infra on their investment in renewable district heating business and related financing.

Acquisition of Empower IM

We advise funds advised by KLAR Partners Ltd on the acquisition and related financing of Empower IM Oy, a leading Finnish provider of software and BPO services in the energy sector, from Empower Group.

Majority Investment in Sympa Oy

We advised Providence Strategic Growth (PSG) on its majority investment in Sympa Oy, a leading provider of cloud-based human capital management software in the Nordics.

Sale of Chipsters Food

We advised Sweden’s leading restaurant and catering specialist, Martin & Servera, in the sale of 100 % of the shares of its fully-owned Finnish subsidiary, Ab Chipsters Food Oy, to PNM-Holding Oy.
