Seminar “Internal Investigations – A Tool for Diligent Boards and Management” is postponed until further notice.

Due to the corona virus outbreak we are postponing all our seminar events until further notice. We follow the situation carefully and will send new invitations when we are able to confirm new dates for our events.

In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss about any internal investigations related matters. We would be happy to organise a meeting on the subject via telephone or e-mail.

Internal Investigations – A Tool for Diligent Boards and Management

Boards and management need flexible tools to manage the demands placed by increased regulation, compliance and reputation risks. The importance of internal investigations as such a tool has been increasing internationally, and is likely to do so also in Finland.

This joint seminar by D&I and FRA brings together a panel that combines the points of view of general counsel, forensics experts and attorneys who explore why and how companies could and should use internal investigations to proactively respond to these needs for risk management and compliance.

We will welcome on stage Matti Louhija, SVP, Corporate General Counsel, Outokumpu Oyj; Bradley Mitchell, Head of Compliance Investigations, KONE Corporation, Kirsi Palviainen, General Counsel, Skanska Oy; Simon Taylor Partner, Forensic Risk Alliance and Jan Ollila, Senior Partner, Dittmar & Indrenius.

Over the coming year, D&I will organize a number of events discussing internal investigations and how they can benefit the different organizational functions in companies. This event focuses on the management perspective.
