Our lawyers Kristian Karlsson, Iiris Kivikari, Suvi Knaapila, Jukka Lång, Mia Mokkila, Aarne Puisto, Tuomas Tiensuu, Petteri Uoti, and Oscar Wik have been appointed to the Finnish Bar Association’s committees and expert groups for the forthcoming two-year term.
The Finnish Bar Association admits all new attorneys, monitors their conduct, participates in the development of legislation and legal conditions, and defends fundamental and human rights and the rule of law.
Through these committee and expert roles, our lawyers can offer their expertise, for example by influencing new legislation at the drafting stage, one of the Finnish Bar Association’s most important tasks. In addition to safeguarding the rule of law, our involvement with the Finnish Bar Association underscores our dedication to upholding professional ethics and quality in legal services, reflecting our own values and standards.
