Antti Aaltonen

Counsel, Head of Real Estate, Construction & Environment

Counsel Antti Aaltonen heads the firm's Real Estate, Construction & Environment practice and has extensive experience in all kinds of real estate matters ranging from large-scale real estate transactions to lease arrangements. In addition, his work focuses on private mergers & acquisitions and contract law.

Prior to joining Dittmar & Indrenius in 1993, Antti worked in the banking sector (1990-1992) and was trained at the Bench (1992-1993).  

Antti is recommended by Chambers Europe in the field of Real Estate. Antti is a member of the Finnish Bar Association.
